I’m honored to celebrate this momentous occasion with Evernight.  Here’s a look at my first Evernight title, Sidewalk Flower:

Sidewalk-Flower1M

A Sin Pointe Novel, 1

A jaded young woman sets out on an intense road trip home to deal with her past when she is asked to allow a relative stranger to tag along.

But she’s seen too many good guys succumb to the harsh realities of her supposed privileged life in the music business and intends on keeping her distance.

When she picks up Lucky, the southern gentleman cousin of her selfish best friend, she has absolutely no idea of how to accept a perfectly good person with good intentions.

…and my latest release, Stay for Me:

stayforme1m

These Three Words, 1

One night to finally make it right before it all gets torn apart…

Two years ago, best friends Emma Chester and Sam Jason tried being intimate.
Due to Sam’s massive size, it didn’t work. Embarrassed, they did their best to move on. Now the day has come where Emma must suspend Sam as a dancer at the club they work at, awakening the buried pain of that one night.

Sam has seen this day coming but is shocked when Emma asks him to strip for her just once before he leaves the club. Allowing himself to feel for her again is too dangerous but she’s clearly not in her right mind and needs him.

Can he maintain his restraint and help her? When she hands him his uniform to strip out of, is she handing him her heart? Or is it too tattered to ever belong to him again?

    • Hi there, ELF! Thank you so much, your congrats mean a lot. I’m always happy to spread the Lush love with giveaways. If you haven’t tried their stuff, definitely look it up. Good luck in the hop!

    • Hahahaha, I think it’s a pretty decent list, right? Hi Terry! I am so appreciative that you stopped by. You are another person who I absolutely cherish for always being so supportive. Love to you and good luck too!

    • Hi Jana! Now we’re talkin’. If you stop back by, I’d love to know your faves as far as tea, bath scent and bubble bath worthy book goes. Are you an Earl Grey girl like me? Thank you so much for the birthday wish on behalf of Evernight and good luck in the hop!!!

  1. You mentioned bubble baths, well that got my attention. My love of them is legendary in our house. My kids know not to bother mommy when she’s in the tub with bubbles, wine and a good book. I believe everyone should take the time to have a nice bubble bath. Thanks for the chance at a great give away.

    • Diann, I’m sending you a huge cyber fist bump right now. Amen. I only rarely take a bubble bath but when I do, oh my goodness. You’re so right, they’re so wonderful. So what’s your favorite bubble bath product and what’s the last wonderful read you brought to the tub? I think the last book I read in the bath was Sherrilyn Kenyon’s Born of Fury. And I really like all those super minty smells that open up your nasal passages when they’re mixed with the steam. Alrighty, have a wonderful day and good luck!!!

    • Those are two very wonderful things, sounds like you’ve got your wish list going, Titania! My wish list reads very similarly, lol! Thank you for the sweet birthday wish and good luck in the hop! Aren’t the Evernighters awesome? I love them all. xoxo

    • Greetings Jean! This is the third birthday out of five that I’ve been lucky to celebrate with Evernight and I just grow more and more proud of them each year. Truly, they’re a great group of people from the top down. xoxo Good luck!

    • Jenny, you just made me smile. That is perhaps the best birthday present one could receive. I love the hops too and Evernight really goes out of their way to make them fun. Was your last birthday a special one? I hope so. You sound like a real sweetheart who deserves it. Good luck, my dear. XOXO!

  2. Hello fellow Depeche Mode fan!! 🙂 Love their music! I’ve seen them in concert three times and, I’ll really date myself here, I also still have at least one of their albums on cassette tape. I don’t hear them mentioned much, so it was a real treat to see that in your “about” section.

    • Be still my heart … a fellow devotee … I am in heaven! Heather!!!! My first DM concert was November 16, 1990 but I started listening to them in 1986 so I’m thinking you don’t need to worry about dating yourself. We’ll date ourselves together! What tours did you go see? What was your favorite. Hehehe, you’ve awoken my DM curiosities now! 😉 Thank you SO MUCH for stopping by and good luck in the hop!

      • I’m so glad I got to “meet” you in this hop! I was lucky enough to get to see the Devotional Tour – 1993, Exotic/Summer Tour – 1994 and the Exciter Tour -2001. Every show was amazing, but the 2nd was definitely my favorite (setlist, venue, and crowd added so much to the experience at that one). I still get goosebumps when I hear certain songs and remember seeing them in concert. I found a pretty neat and recent article http://www.clashmusic.com/news/dave-gahan-talks-new-depeche-mode …looks like we may get a new album within the next few years. Do you have a favorite album?

      • Heather! You need to friend me on Facebook if you are on there and haven’t already! Or I may just stalk you. 😉 I hadn’t seen that article and now the devotee zone of my heart is all warm and fuzzy. Most people I know say the Devotional songs are some of the band’s best. I absolutely agree. I’ve seen every Depeche tour since Violator except for not that Exotic one that you said is your favorite! It really is true that being at a Depeche show is a spiritual experience. It touches you somewhere really deep. My Sin Pointe novels are actually based on the time I got to hang out with them during one of their shows. So I definitely understand what an impression they leave on you. I am so touched to have “met” you here too! Okay, I better quiet down now. I could go on and on…. Oh! Favorite album? Impossible to choose!!!! But I’d say it’s between Black Celebration and Playing the Angel. And Ultra. xoxoxoxoxox

  3. Talking and chatting, I like that 😄 I love Lush too, they attended one of my anime conventions a few years ago and I bought their glitter bug and another glittery thing. 😄 they melted in the tin though because I kept it in my pocket. They were so refreshing.

    • Oh, Little Hawk! I too have had those things happen with Lush because their stuff is so fresh! That’s why I just give gift cards for them now and not the product itself because I want the receiver to be able to pick out their own treat and then have it sent to them by Lush directly. I LOVE the glittery stuff. What’s more fun than glitter in your bath???? Although saying that, I’m reminded that my rock star men are pretty fond of the products and so I guess glitter and a Jaxon, Stefan or Will might be a nice addition to any bath! Thanks so much for stopping by. It’s always nice seeing you. xoxoxo Good Luck!

  4. Thanks for a fun hop! My heart’s desire would be an Amazon GC that never ran out.

    Mary M.
    emmasmom69 AT gmail DOT com

    • Mary, now that would be a phenomenal thing to have! What are the first three things you would order off Amazon if you had a limitless GC from them? I’d love to know. And thank you so much for hopping by my place. I was away at a conference for the first week of the hop and was so delighted to come home today and see all the lovely responses waiting for me. Romance readers are wonderful, special people. Truly. Good luck in the hop!!!

  5. Happy Fifth Birthday Evernight and here’s to many more.

    ShirleyAnn(at)speakman40(dot)freeserve(dot)co(dot)uk

    • Amen Shirley! Here is to many more birthdays for Evernight. You know, I really just feel so strongly about them. They treat their authors and readers with so much respect and really want us to have a great writing and reading experience. Also more birthdays mean more fun blog hops!!!! I hope your day is treating you well and good luck in the hop!!!

  6. First of all I love your work. Your stories are amazing. Secondly Happy Birthday Evernight. They have brought me so much joy with all of the wonderful books and authors I’ve discovered with them. Thanks for sharing. susieq13458(at)yahoo(dot)com

    • Susie! Girl, you just made my day. Thank you so much, that means more than I can possibly say in this little comment box. Mostly, I’m so happy that you have found joy through reading and that Evernight books have brought that to you. I am right there with you. Something about getting both lost and found in a good book. So special. I hope you have a wonderful evening and I wish you good luck in the hop!

  7. Thanks for being part of the Hop! I pretty much buy what I want but since I am wishing I would love a cure for diabetes. My son has been insulin dependent since he was 4 and nothing would make me happier!

    diamer13@yahoo.com

    • Oh Diana, that is my wish for you and your family too. ❤ I absolutely believe and know that anything and everything is possible in this world and lifetime. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and thank you so much for stopping by and sharing. xoxo

    • Hi Kelley! Oh, you’ve just made my day! I love that you asked me a question. Hmm, let’s see here. I haven’t seen The Martian. I’ll have to look it up. The last movie I saw was at the drive in movies. It was Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation. I really loved it! Other favorites of 2015 have been Little Boy and The Age of Adaline. Is there anything you’re looking forward to seeing? I cannot wait for Crimson Peak to come out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope your weekend is wonderful and thank you for stopping by and chatting!

  8. Happy Sunday night, everyone! I can’t tell you how humbled I am every time we host one of these blog hops and how you, the readers, really come out and make it fun. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and chatted. It was a highlight of my week! I wish I could gift you all with fabulous Lush bath goodies and hot steamy reads to go with them but alas, I can only pick one winner … just pulled the lucky name out of the lucky cup and that person is … Susie Delane! Congrats! I’ll email you about delivery of prizes. Thanks again, my friends! If you’re on Facebook, please find and friend me. I’d love to keep up with you there. And remember, Always Love … Be Here Now … and Do No Harm. xoxo
